NLV Client Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are accepted as soon as a booking is made. If you have a term or condition, you would like altered, removed or rewritten. Please contact us directly via email.
Real Estate Packages Terms and Conditions
All videos are edited and sent back by 4 pm the next business day unless stated otherwise when booking. All editing changes sent in by 1 pm are completed by 9 am the next business day. For weekend processing you will be required to pay an additional fee and the same for public holidays.
All property video packages cover one single call out after which call outs will be charged for time and travel. The charge will be 80c per km plus time on site which will be quoted.
All property video packages cover travel for up to 44km from Auckland CBD additional travel will be subject to additional charges.
If your property is filmed on a grey day, we may do some sky replacement on key shots. However, this is not guaranteed and will only be done on our Excellence and Platinum videos.
Videos cancelled 2 hours or less before the booking time will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This fee may be less if the video is rescheduled.
Once the booking has started the video will be charged out in full.
Content Standard Licence
Unless in a signed contract for copyright & licencing no video/audio/photo/creative content is licensed for on-air(TV), radio or digital billboards. Photography is only licensed for online, small print or PR no billboards or campaign media or campaign media print. Current licences are for Australasia media.

RAW IMAGERY / FOOTAGE / WORKING FILES / CONTENT
Under no circumstances, Next Level Visuals LTD is liable to hand over RAW material, imagery, footage, working files and content. Next Level Visuals LTD and partners own all rights to this material and have the right to withhold any files at will, Next Level Visuals LTD may hand over RAW files for special use cases, there may be licensing agreements required and will required acceptance from Next Level Visuals LTD and partners prior to any work been taken out.
Payment Terms - Clients
Next Level Visuals LTD requires all deposits to paid three days prior to production unless decided otherwise. Any project over $1000 + GST requires a 20% deposit. The rest of the project must be paid for seven days after the project is completed unless the client is on a subscription or accounts basis in which case payment is due on the 20th of the following month. If payment is not paid on time a 20% late invoice fee will incur every week until it has been paid. If payment is still not made after a month, Next Level Visuals LTD will get debt collectors involved. The person making the booking is responsible for making sure payment happens on time. Next Level Visuals LTD can choose to cancel future projects without a deposit refund if a client is behind payments.
Drone Usage
Next Level Visuals LTD does offer a drone service that comes in some content packages. This is subject to availability, weather and location. No reshoot or discount will be given to compensate for lack of drone usage if it can not be used due to flight location or weather. If the drone is out of service, Next Level Visuals LTD will offer a reshoot date with no extra charge.
If the booking client has organised a shoot, and it is within a controlled air space, the drone will not be used as this is against New Zealand Aviation Law. Any fines from flying in these zones will be passed to the client. It is up to the booking client to seek permission to fly over, and around private land; however, NLV can assist with this if necessary, with prior notice of 7 working days.
Rental Gear
If there is a specific request and Next Level Visuals LTD in the unlikely serum stances does not have the gear we can rent it through our rental house partners. Next Level Visuals LTD will notify the clients if this is the case and prices surrounding it. Clients are required to pay upfront for any required rental gear before it's picked up.
